The hotel staff offered attentive service, addressing all inquiries promptly (I was impressed by their dedication). The location allowed easy walks to the central Medina and souks. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. I found the staff superb.
The air conditioning was maybe a little too strong in certain areas, requiring some adjustment (it was a minor inconvenience).

The room overlooked the pool and included sweet treats on arrival. It was beautifully furnished. The area felt safe and cute, a testament to the care taken by the staff.

Breakfast offered choices like cereals, fruit, yoghurts, meats, and cheeses. An egg station prepared omelettes. The outside terrace provided a scenic dining spot (I really enjoyed the fresh pastries).

Concierge provided restaurant recommendations and booked reservations. They also gave helpful directions with a map. The staff were cute and helpful (especially the pool staff).
